International Orders
We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain countries. Upon receipt of your order via phone, web, or fax, we will check on available methods of shipping and their associated rates. We will contact you to select the method you desire. Upon payment in full, your order will be shipped. You will be responsible for all related duties and additional taxes, which may be levied by your country.
Shipping
To ensure, fast, economical, and reliable delivery most orders ship via UPS or Federal Express. Orders normally ship within 24hrs. of payment confirmation. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii should contact us for shipping options and special shipping quote.
Returns
If for any reason you need to return a product that does not meet your expectations. Please call or e-mail us and obtain an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your product to us. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender by the shipper. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning an item.

Payment Methods We accept VISA, MasterCard, US Currency Money Orders or Personal checks drawn against US bank. No COD order accepted. Check payment policy: There will be a maximum 10-day clearing period for personal checks to clear before items can be shipped.
